Inclusion in the LeisureWork website (the "Service") is a
fee-based service offered by 247 Media Network Limited ("247 Media"), who own
and operate the 247 Recruit network of specialist online job sites (the "247
Media Network") including LeisureWork (www.leisurework.com). Advertising
on LeisureWork.com is provided to you ("You" or the "advertiser") pursuant to
the terms and conditions of this 247 Media Service Agreement (the "Agreement").

By completing the Registration Form and clicking the "Submit
Form", you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older; that
you have and agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current information
(including an accurate and valid email address) as prompted by the registration
form; and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this
Service Agreement, in the case of a Company, you are authorised to legally bind
the Company to this Service Agreement |

2.0 Editorial control
|
2.1

247 Media reserves the right to determine the final design, layout and
functionality of the Leisurework.com web site.
|
2.2
|
247 Media reserves the right to edit copy or amend the layouts or photographs
supplied, should it be considered necessary.
|
2.3
|
247 Media reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend and edit copy entered
into the Leisurework.com online database by advertisers.
|

|
247 Media reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion
to determine the categorisation and positioning of each advertisement within
the LeisureWork web site.
|
| 2.5
|
247 Media cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
resulting from any changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the
advertiser.
|
2.6
|
247 Media, in its sole discretion, before considering any other criteria in
determining whether to accept or decline a site for inclusion in
the LeisureWork web site, stipulates that the site submitted by the
advertiser must meet the following minimum criteria:

the site must be in the English language (or have an English version
available);
-
the site must relevant to 247 Media Network users;
-
the site must be relevant to an appropriate established category or
sub-category within the 247 Media Network;
-
the site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
-
the site must not contain any parts under construction;
-
all links on the site must work, link to relevant content and the pages must
load quickly;
-
the site must not be a mirror site or redirect to another Web site;
-
the site must not, as determined by 247 Media's editorial team, contain or link
to any content, products and services or other information that may be deemed
illegal, pornographic, gratuitous, graphic violence, racist, offensive or
infringes on or violates another party's rights.

Accuracy

247 Media cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the
advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and
the advertiser indemnifies 247 Media against all costs, expenses and losses
arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.

Errors and omissions

4.1

247 Media will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied, and
return them if required, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage,
however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained.

4.2
|
Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted,
but 247 Media cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise
resulting from errors or omission.
|
5.0

Liability

5.1
|
247 Media does not warrant that the operation of the Leisurework.com site will
be uninterrupted or error-free.
|
5.2
|
In no event shall 247 Media be liable to the advertiser for any special,
consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.
|

Copyright
|
5.1
|
247 Media shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic
material supplied by the advertiser.
|
5.2
|
247 Media claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic
material supplied by advertisers.
|
5.3
|
It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all
photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser
warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is
authorised by the owner thereof to grant to 247 Media the rights therein
contained. 247 Media cannot be held responsible for any infringement of
copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers and the
advertiser indemnifies 247 Media against any action brought for breach of
copyright or other rights from the use of such material supplied by the
advertiser.

247 Media cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws
resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

6.0
|
Hypertext links
|
6.1
|
247 Media reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of,
other web sites from advertisers' pages, and to remove links or web addresses
without notice at our sole discretion.

7.0
|
Advertising more than one programme on a single advertisement
|
7.1
|
Each advertisement on the Leisurework.com site displays an individual job
vacancy. Only one vacancy or job title can appear on each advertisement. 247
Media reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when
more than one vacancy or job title is described in the advertisement.

Termination of advertising

8.1
|
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the web site
before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds
will be paid.
|
8.2
|
247 Media reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for Leisurework.com,
and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing.
|
8.3
|
If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into
the LeisureWork online database, or persistently misuses the online
systems, 247 Media reserves the right to remove the advertisement from the
Leisurework.com web site. No refunds will be paid.

9.0
|
Payment and Delivery

|
Payment for advertising must be in British Pounds by major credit and debit
cards, or a cheque on a UK bank in British Pounds.

Advertisements placed via the 247 Media online credit card booking system will
be activated within 24 hours of payments being successfully processed
|

Legal jurisdiction

10.1
|
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and advertisers accept
the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to rule on any disputes.

Advertiser's Privacy

11.1

247 Media maintains information about the Advertiser on the 247 Media servers,
including but not limited to the Advertiser's registration information. The
Advertiser agrees and acknowledges that 247 Media may use such information in
aggregate form for research and development, marketing, or other promotional
purposes. The Advertiser agrees that 247 Media has the right (but not the
obligation) to disclose any such information, to the extent necessary, if 247
Media reasonably believes that such disclosure is required to comply with any
law or to take action to enforce this Agreement.

247 Media may contact the Advertiser regarding the 247 Media
Network services using the Advertiser's email address provided during the
registration process (or as updated by the Advertiser). Such email messages may
contain opportunities regarding special offers and new products or services
from 247 Media. |

247 Media considers Internet user privacy and data protection to
be of paramount importance. 247 Media complies with the Data Protection Act
1998 in relation to all processing of personal data supplied to us by our users
and other personal data in our possession for any reason. 247 Media is
registered with and has notified the Data Protection Commissioner of our
practice affecting personal data.
