A Spa Manager in a health club takes overall responsibility for managing the operations and staff of a health spa. You'll manage, support and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service to guests. You'll also plan, monitor and manage the spa's operations, including its facilities, processes and even its budget to ensure its ongoing efficient and profitable operation.

To work as a Spa Manager, you'll need previous experience in a management or assistant management role in the health or leisure industry. You'll need strong leadership and interpersonal skills; an eye for detail as well as for the large scale; creativity, drive and initiative. Professional management qualifications also won't go amiss.
