Physiotherapist
A Physiotherapist works in a health club or leisure centre to help guests reach
peak physical performance and to treat any physical injuries as thoroughly as possible.
As a Physiotherapist you'll consult with clients to examine and diagnose injuries,
prescribe resuscitation programmes and treatments and engage in continual personal
assessment to record and monitor their improvement and progress.
Physiotherapists require thorough training in the form of a physiotherapy degree
approved by the Health Professions Council. You'll then be eligible for membership
of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and able to work as a physiotherapist.
You'll need to be compassionate, friendly and professional, passionate about health
and exercise, and dedicated to continual learning about the human body.
