Description

We are now seeking Yacht Instructors to join us overseas for the Summer season. Accountabilities include:
  • Work as part of a team to pro-actively provide assistance to all guests using the yachts each day.
  • Assist in providing a safe and enjoyable working environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to, for both staff and guests.
  • Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of Neilson yachts and equipment to ensure the meeting of brochure specifications and guest expectations.
  • Organise and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.
  • Be prepared to move between different resorts according to operational needs and to fulfil your contracted end date.
  • Be flexible in your job rold and willing to assist in all other duties within reason as requested by your manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to have a RYA Yachtmaster qualification, be first aid qualified and educated to GCSE standard. You will need previous customer service experience, experience of skippering yachts and work experience in a leadership role.

What we offer?

Summer roles are available at various resorts in Greece and Turkey, where we operate BeachClub and flotilla holidays. Activities on offer include sailing, windsurfing, biking, kayaking, fitness, tennis and diving. We offer our guests beginner's courses, advanced coaching or simply the freedom to sail, bike or dive with our superb range of equipment.

Full Season roles are available from March/April/May through to November, to include a period of pre-season training and preparation and post-season close down.
