Challenging but rewarding role for a highly organised coordinator to be responsible for all aspects of resort transport, including ensuring the smooth running of clients’ arrivals / departures.
As a coordinator, you'll need to communicate with airport staff on a daily basis to make sure every aspect of our guests transport is prepared, while making contingency plans for any delays/complications.
You will liaise with the local coach companies to ensure the necessary coaches are in the correct area at the correct time and communicate any delays to the relevant team members. You will also need to be at the airport on arrival days, ensuring everything is running to schedule and all team members are correctly briefed.
You will need to schedule your drivers duties and be aware of their whereabouts at all times, so that you can redirect their services as and when required. You will also need to monitor company budgets within this area and ensure all drivers of company vehicles provide a log of their mileage and routes per day.
At all times you must ensure that the high service standards set by the company and expected by our clients are met.
You must be able to work to work to a tight schedule and have the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions. Strong logistical skills are necessary as is the ability to assess the situation and see other issues arising before they occur. You will need to communicate closely with all levels of staff in a concise and calm manner, cultivating a strong team ethic through good time management, multi-tasking and efficient delegation.
