You will be responsible for all aspects of resort and operational staff to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
Working closely with the operations manager and the location Coordinators, you will schedule each staff member, their hours and their duties accordingly. You will need to be able to communicate this to all levels and ensuring staff members are fulfilling their potential in their assigned capacity.
You will be responsible for organising their accommodation and meals when necessary and also ensuring daily time sheets are completed and signed off by their supervisor / team leader.
At all times you must ensure that the high service standards set by the company and expected by our clients are met.
You will need to be a strong team player with good communication skills. You will need to be organised and be able to react to arising situations quickly and efficiently. The ability to asses individuals and motivate them to their full potential is paramount as is the ability to discipline and problem solve if necessary. An understanding of logistics so you can plan staff requirements is an advantage but not essential.
