Can you fulfil the role of the Temporary Sales & Marketing Executive by confidently:-
Converting enquiries into sales
Upselling at every opportunity when bookings are taking place
Make outgoing calls to Corporate Clients to set up accounts
Contact Feeder schools to get buy-in on marketing activities and web links to the Super Camps web site
Working under the direction of the Sales and Customer Services Manager, and under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Executive, to combine the sales and customer interface role with the associated role of capturing and distributing marketing material relevant to marketing programmes such as the feeder school project and discount codes.
Capturing relevant commercial information and ensuring it is shared with the business and with key contacts in other teams, such as the Divisional Managers and the Commercial Manager.
Dealing positively with customer feedback, as timely and efficiently as possible
Liaising with customers – taking bookings, answering queries, solving problems – online or by phone if required
Corresponding with customers by email
Being the customer interface and point of contact for any business changes, such as new discounts, date changes and cancellations
