As a Neilson Spa Therapists you will be required to deliver an array of treatments and rituals to the highest of standards in a friendly and professional manner. Displaying excellent customer service and awareness you will strive to not only deliver the range of treatments but also to enhance the guests overall spa experience and ensure the spa area is kept in a professional and appealing manner.As a therapist you will drive sales for Spa and Beauty products wherever possible and manage bookings for optimal guest satisfaction and department profitability.


To apply for a Spa & Beauty Therapist position you must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. It is essential that you have proven experience in delivering a range of holistic and maintenance beauty and spa treatments. Neilson provide full training for all our therapists so there will be plenty of opportunity to learn new methods and treatments but you must be enthusiastic in your own development.A great team player you must be able to work under your own initiative and be committed to offering a professional and luxurious spa experience at all times. You will be extremely target driven and confident sales person with excellent customer service skills. You must be available for the full season from ASAP to early November

What we offer?

Summer roles are available at various resorts in Greece and Turkey, where we operate BeachClub and flotilla holidays. Activities on offer include sailing, windsurfing, biking, kayaking, fitness, tennis and diving. We offer our guests beginner's courses, advanced coaching or simply the freedom to sail, bike or dive with our superb range of equipment.

Full Season roles are available from March/April/May through to November, to include a period of pre-season training and preparation and post-season close down.
