Description

We are urgently seeking a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie for a country pub / restaurant close to Daventry.
 
Serving fresh, seasonal, British food to a very high standard. The Head Chef has Rosette and Michelin experience and will pass this on and help develop you and grow with this successful restaurant.
There is an option to live in and straight shifts could be arranged.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in food and a desire to learn.
  • Proficient cooking ability and good knife skills.
  • A basic understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Basic food hygiene preferred.
