James Holah MCA formerly of The Ritz is recruiting a Sous Chef for his restaurant The Ebury. The Ebury is currently trading as a gastro pub and restaurant but is undergoing extensive refurbishment in January and reopening as a six room boutique hotel and restaurant.
Good rates of pay and a 56 hour maximum working week
The food is seasonal to the point, very light and rooted in the traditions of French based cuisine but with a modern interpretation in terms of cooking style and presentation. Quality produce and big flavours are emphasised.
This is an oppourtunity for a jnr sous chef to step up and a chance to work along side one of London's best up and coming chefs in his new concept.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in 3 rosette or 1 star kitchen.
