You will also be expected to demonstrate a passion to learn and to take ownership of all jobs given; these must be done to the best of your ability and be done to Neilson standards. There’s a great camaraderie in our Neilson kitchens but you’ll be expected to work in a very hot, fast paced and pressurized environment. This can be very challenging but is also very rewarding. You will be expected to be clean and smart at all times and adhere to both UK and the country of origin’s health and hygiene standards.
