Having the most modern and largest fleet of yachts in the business allows us to offer a wide range of holiday choices in many destinations across the world including the Seychelles, Caribbean, and Australia. Clients can choose to bareboat with or without a skipper, or join one of our popular flotillas.

These are the ultimate in social sailing, with the perfect balance between independent sailing and unobtrusive support.We are currently have positions for our 2011 season from April - November. Please apply online.

About the role

Your main duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements. In this fulfilling and exciting role you will be required to be responsible for and undertake the following duties:Flotilla

Presentation and maintenance of yachts
Full first day briefing to the entire flotilla
Safety of all clients throughout the week
Daily briefings to clients on route and weather information
Safe Mooring of all yachts each day
Assisting the lead crew with all aspects of running the flotilla and socialising with guests

Bareboat

Yacht preparation and cleaning
Deliveries, call outs and maintenance
Skippering charters of upto 9 clients at a time
Base support when not on charter

General

All yacht preparation on turnaround days
Briefings
Sharing knowledge of local area
Advising on sailing questions
Assisting with the organisation of group meals, BBQ's and punch parties
Any other duties as directed by the Base Manager

Requirements

Yacht Master/Coastal Skipper with Commercial Endorsement or equivalent
Ability to work under pressure and make difficult decisions
Experience in a customer focused environment
Socialable and positive personality
Strong organisational skills
