Description
The role of the Senior Therapist requires a vibrant, enthusiastic and professional individual who will work with the spa management team to ensure the most efficient use of human resources, products, and facilities in order to deliver a smooth spa operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating and driving a team of therapists to meet the spa's business, financial and sales targets. You must be of role model calibre with a flexible approach to working and must always strive to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Experience of working and mentoring other therapists/team members
- Knowledge and understanding of both treatment and product range
- Experience at Supervisory level
- Experience of managing a budget & attaining Key Performance Indicators in particular retail sales.
- Experience of stock control systems, reception work, IT & cash handling
- Minimum NVQ Level 3
