Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Head Chef at our forthcoming steak and seafood restaurant above the Crown & Anchor Pub on Chiswick High Road and you will also be responsible for the pub located downstairs which has a great reputation.
This role will also be responsible to the Barley Mow straight over the road with regard to growing the offering and ensuring high standards are kept. This exciting new role is a will give our Senior Head Chef the perfect conditions to make their mark.
As our new Senior Head Chef you will have: The ability and desire to create and produce seasonal menus using only fresh ingredients, strong leadership skills, a good knowledge of financial controls, food GP’s and wage costs.

Requirements
A minimum of a 5 year proven track record in quality restaurants or gastro pubs will be essential.
