The Pelican Bar and Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious full time Second Chef to join our kitchen brigade.
Our aim at The Pelican Bar and Grill is simple - to create great tasting home cooked food with an emphasis on seasonal and local produce.
We're still ambitious to take our food to the next level and this appointment is an important step to achieving this
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar environment desirable.

* 3 years quality gastro volume experience
* Currently in a role as a Second Chef
* Strong Leader and Management skills
* Effective Communicator
* Self-motivated and disciplined
