Description

RECRUITING NOW FOR WINTER 2014/2015

Supertravel are looking for a  friendly and dynamic person who has superb organisational and motivational skills to take on the challenge of running a resort!

You will have already successfully completed a winter ski season and have experience of managing a team of people with overall control of budgets and managing your team to successfully meet performance targets.

You will need to be flexible, always available and be a positive problem solver.



You will need to be adaptable, highly customer focused and not afraid of hard work, but in return you will gain plenty of job satisfaction and the chance to live in the mountains!

Requirements

You will  have previously worked abroad for a couple of seasons and have extensive management experience.























You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven staff management experience, be highly organised, have great attention to detail and a flexible and proactive approach to work.















You should be a good team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative with excellent communication and problem solving skills, and be an advanced skier/snowboarder.















You will be computer literate (Word, Excel, Email & Internet) and have a clean driving licence.















Ideally, you will also speak German/French and have experience in budgeting and accounting, winter driving and ski hosting.















We require all our staff to hold a UK or EU passport, a UK national insurance number and bank account.















Minimum age is 23 yrs due to restrictions with driving insurance.
