Description

Fusion is a forward thinking and innovative operator of Leisure Facilities in London and we are looking for a Recreational Assistant our Ferry Leisure Centre in Oxford.

The position requires the successful applicant to undertake pool supervision, carry out daily programme of equipment set ups and changeovers as required according to the activity and event programmes. You will also be required to assist in the development of programming through innovative ideas and initiating actions to meet the demands of the customers, as well as maintain good relationships with our customers.

Requirements

MUST be NPLQ qualified.
A documented history of CPD.
Excellent oral, numerical and written skills.
Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays with flexibility of location.
Responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements.
Experience in a similar role desirable.
