We need a dedicated and enthusiastic person in our reception area to help promote freedom leisure’s passion for customer service.
Requirements
- Good level of education to include mathematics and English
- Experience of serving customers in a face to face environment
- The skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately
- High level of professionalism and integrity, enthusiasm and motivation
- An ability to analyse problems, situations and information, think laterally and present workable solutions
- Mobility to travel across sites
