Description

London’s most exciting opening of the New Year will be Hix Restaurant in Belgravia!!  Mark Hix launched his new venture in the newly refurbished Belgraves Hotel , there is an 80 cover restaurant, private room, Mark’s Bar and outdoor Cigar Terrace.  Do you want to join us and help us create another successful award winning restaurant?  Mark has a reputation for great British Seasonal cooking but for this restaurant he will also be dipping his toe into Europe, and perhaps further afield! 
 

Requirements

We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Parties to join the team and if you have at least two years' experience in a similar role and good knowledge of seasonal food you might be right for us.   We will also expect you to have enthusiasm, drive and thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
