Smith's in Tower Hill is now looking for an experienced Pastry Chef.

Smith's has an excellent reputation for having well balanced menu, offering an extensive line of sea food from Scottish King Scallops Meuniere to Norwegian Halibut Steak as well as dishes like Aberdeenshire Sirloin and Fillet Steaks and Glazed Honey and Ginger Barbary Duck Breast.

Our Pastry Chef must have had good training and at least 3 years experience as well as being used to working in a busy restaurant environment. The Pastry Chef will be working closely with our Head Chef as well as taking the lead to produce good quality desserts, petit fors, biscuits and breads.

Our new venue in Wapping High Street is a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and within easy access from both Wapping Underground Station and Tower Hill Underground Station so is ideal for a Pastry Chef looking for a new and exciting career opportunity in London within our professional and friendly kitchen team. We are offering a salary up to £20,000


-Experienced and competent in producing good quality and high standard desserts, petit fors, biscuits and breads.

-3 years experience within a similiar restaurant environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Be able to work alongside the Head Chef to provide an efficient and effective food service

-Adhere to standard operating procedures for consistently high food quality

-Have your basic Food Hygiene
