Do you want to be a chef but your personal circumstances mean you can’t do the traditional lunch and dinner shifts? Have you always wanted to be a professional chef but don’t yet have the skills or experience required and so are looking for somewhere to practice? Perhaps you are already a chef looking for a second job and want to work overnight to make extra money?
The world renowned Wolseley and it’s new sister restaurant The Delaunay, are looking for a team of overnight production chefs able to work from midnight to 9.00am producing all the mis en place, soups, stocks and sauces required for the service in these busy and demanding restaurants.
You will be the key support team to the kitchen brigades and will be very much recognised as part of the kitchen team and a key part of any success the restaurants enjoy.
