Neilson Active Holidays are currently seeking Kitchen/Night Porters for our Winter Season.

Kitchen Porters provide general assistance in the kitchen, getting involved in food washing and preparation, kitchen equipment and store room cleaning and putting away deliveries. You will ensure that all cleanliness standards within the kitchen are maintained and support the other members of the team.

As well as the role of Kitchen Porter, you will complete set duties during night shifts. Such duties include restaurant and reception cleaning, nightly security, stock taking and any other tasks directed by the Hotel Manager and Head Chef. This role is ideal as an entry level position for those looking to start a career in the catering industry and for those who enjoy more ski time during the day.


We are looking for energetic, hard working individuals. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

What we offer?

Winter roles are available at various resorts in Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Finland, France, Norway, Romania and Sweden where we operate chalets, lodges and hotels. Activities on offer include skiing and snowboarding.

Full Season roles are available from October/November/December through to mid April, to include a period of pre-season commissioning and post-season lay-up.

Part Season roles are available from January/February to mid April.
