Our Maintenance teams are essential within our chalet and chalet hotel teams. With over 190 properties within our 3 brands we look for experienced individuals with an all round understanding of property maintenance.


Your day to day responsibilities will include supporting the Resort Manager or Hotel manager with maintenance on all company properties, including Hotels, Chalets, Child care facilities and vehicles.


Your day to day will include fixing minor and major plumbing, electrical and carpentry work and delivering supplies around resort. You will need a keen eye for detail, spotting problems and rectifying them quickly so that no negative impact is made on the guests.


As Maintenance you will need to liaise with other members of the resort team, so will need to demonstrate great communications skills, be self motivated and enjoy working to deadlines under pressure. This role requires flexible working hours so you will also need to possess great time management skills.

As a Driver your responsibilities will include supporting the Resort Child Care Manager in driving the children around resort in a safe and efficient manner, driving stock and deliveries around resort to chalets to ensure all chalets have sufficient supplies and driving guests around resort on transfer day and daily to and from the ski lifts. Flexibility is key here as no two days will be the same!

You will be responsible for the upkeep of the resort vehicle which you drive and the safety of the guests inside. When needed you will also need to be part of the Child Care team working with the children in a variety of settings.

You should have a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team. You should have some previous child care experience and be confident speaking to both adults and children of all ages as you will often be the first point of contact.


As well as the skills related to your role you may also be required to assist with other  duties such as housekeeping and hospitality and will be expected throughout the season to fully support the chalet, Chalet Hotel and Child Care programmes within the area that you work. 


Required experience:

  • Proven maintenance skills or trade qualification essential (for maintenance roles)
  • Full clean driving licence essential (applicable for both roles and held for a minimum of 5 years)
  • Customer service and accounts experience desirable
  • French or German language skills desirable
  • EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
