The role of Recruitment Coordinator is crucial to the success of Super Camps by selecting the best staff at the best margins. With guidance from the Recruitment Manager and as part of a friendly and supportive HR Team, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the full recruitment cycle of hundreds of part-time and temporary staff members every year during all school holidays: from sourcing and selecting, to training and monitoring.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinating the recruitment of all staff across a region within the Super Camps nationwide portfolio including advertising, sourcing, selecting, interviewing and training 
  • Administrative duties paramount to the induction of staff including writing of offer paperwork and updating internal HR software systems 
  • Being a point of contact for Super Camps staff members by responding to general recruitment queries and maintainins Super Camps social media presence 
  • Flexibly adapting to effectively deal with sometimes unpredictable challenges within the recruitment and childcare industries
  • Meeting day to day staffing needs on camp by ensuring ratios are met in line with booking figures 


It is essential that the successful candidate:

  • Is highly organised and a proven problem solver with experience identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Is highly IT literate with strong skills in MS Office
  • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a professional demeanour
  • Is able to effectively work to strict deadlines with enthusiasm
  • Has a sound educational background with a minimum 5 GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent), one of which to be English
  • Has the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment

It is desirable that the successful candidate:

  • Has a degree in relevant field or a relevant childcare qualification
  • Has a full clean Driving License
  • Has an existing DBS check which is registered on the DBS Update Service
