Description

We're recruiting for Kitchen Porters for various back of house functions within our bar and restaurant and at the various events held at Dartmouth House in London.

The position will entail the following:

Check deliveries for quality and quantity and store correctly in accordance with company systems.
Clean plates and pots as instructed
Responsible for the overall cleaning of equipment and kitchen areas
Assist other members of staff to move heavy loads
To assist in all food production areas with basic food preparation.
To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements

Requirements

All candidates must live within daily travelling distance of Central London and MUST have previous experience as a Kitchen Porter in the hospitality industry.

Please note that this position requires manual handling and lifting of heavy objects such as various kitchen deliveries.·Good verbal communication skills are essential in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area.
