Description

Want to ski in the day all day? We require a chef for next winter season.

Must be able to produce vegetarian and meals for dietary requirements.
Working evenings only you will normally start work at around 4pm each day ready for service at 7.30pm. 

Catering for up to 50 persons doing a set 3 course evening meal 6 nights a week. Must have experience of professional kitchen and be able to step into the roll immediately.

One day a week you will be required to come in early to organise your shopping which is delivered to the hotel.

Requirements

  • Recognised catering qualification or diploma (min 6 months)
  • Basic food hygiene certificate
  • Understanding of stock and cost control
