Spend the winter working in some of the best ski resorts in the world!

As Hotel Head Chef in one of our Chalet Hotels, ranging in size from 60 -90 guests, you will be responsilble for the planning, preparation and delivery of these meals. Your responsibilities will include the smooth running of your kitchen, keeping withing set budgets, training, organising and supervising your team and ensuring that our high standards and procedures are maintained.

You will ensure excellent quality meals are always, presented to a high standard, for our guests. You need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to lead the team in all areas of kitchen responsibility.

As well as the general skills related to your job role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with luggage and lifting.


  • Qualification or proven experience in the catering industry
  • Experience in running large kitchens
  • Management experience essential
  • EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
