An excellent role for French speakers!

This is a busy and varied role where no one day will be the same! Often working under pressure you will really put your customer service and language skills to use.

The Head of Customer Services is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the highest levels of customer service at all times. As Head of Customer Services the onus will be on you to ensure that all customer services staff extend the same level of service to all guests at all times.

Duties include all aspects of guest relations; dealing with guest's requests, translation, airport duties, arrivals, overseeing welcome packs and hotel/resort information, health & safety procedures, customer services feedback, complaints. It is also important that you build good relations with locals in resort and help to maintain a professional company image.

Requirements

We are looking for applicants with a high standard of administration and customer service skills. You must be professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

French language is essential.

All applicants must have a British Passport, a British National Insurance number and a British bank account.
