Description

The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day supervision to a team within the Domestic Services team at Barnet Hospital.

This is a hands on role that will require you to work alongside your team members and demonstrate a can-do attitude that will inspire and motivate your team. You will supervise, co-ordinate, train and work with your team to provide a quality service to Chase Farm Hospital.

Available Shift:
5 out of 7 days (inc weekends) - 10pm to 7am

Requirements

Must be flexible as required to work a variety of shifts, earlys/lates/weekends/nights

Must have previous relevant experience working in a similar role at supervisory level

Ideally have NVQ'S in cleaning, health and safety awareness and customer care but not essential as training will be provided
