LSS are proud to be involved a multi-sport event this summer in Scotland. We will be supplying cleaning services to 3 competition venues across the City of Glasgow. The largest of these, the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre, will host world class boxing, judo, wrestling, gymnastics, netball and weightlifting competitions. Tollcross International Swimming Centre will host some of the world’s finest swimmers whilst the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome & Emirates Arena will provide exciting displays of cycling and badminton.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team to ensure we meet all the challenges we are faced with as we deliver a memorable experience for the spectators that visit Glasgow for this prominent sporting event.
Reporting to the Staffing & Administration Coordinator, the Event Administrator will be responsible for providing HR support to the team in an FM environment. This will be achieved through the provision of administrative and staffing support to the venue for the duration of the event.

Those employed in this position will:
· Be punctual and presentable · Willingly undertake all tasks · Maintain the highest standard or personal presentation · Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times · Take initiative where appropriate · To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required


Complete payroll functions on schedule and without error.
To understand all relationships between the client, stakeholders and LSS.
To be a key point of contact for the client and other stakeholders, always available to attend to the client’s needs.
To take responsibility for all uniform, consumables, equipment, machinery and vehicles used by yourself or your teams and promote this amongst staff.
To comply with the Client and LSS company rules and promote this to all event staff during the night shift.
To maintain a high standard of discipline and appearance for yourself and all members of event staff.
To have knowledge of required reporting procedures and follow them. Produce reports as required by management or clients
To have an excellent knowledge of the site to enable efficient communication with the operations team.
