Description
Conference and Banqueting manager required for the 4* The Harte & Garter Hotel & Spa in Windsor.
Duties will include:
- Ensure all Conference Organisers receive a warm welcome and excellent service
- Take responsibility for the coordination and monitoring of all meetings
- Liaise with the conference and Events Department
- Oversee the presentation and service of Banquet food and Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
- To ensure rotas are completed and control of wage costs are met within the department
- To cover Duty Management Shifts as and when required
Requirements
The suitable candidate must currently be in a similar position in a 4 or 5 * property
