We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join our team at the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Heathrow.
As a Commis Chef at the Radisson Edwardian you will actively create 100% guest satisfaction by preparing quality food products. Working in your allocated section you will assist with all hot and cold preparation, for any of the food and beverage outlets, including soups, sauces, and hot entrees.
Working in an organised and hygienic manner, you will ensure that all food and beverage staff are fully aware of the day's products, and will help to organise workstations, and storage areas.
The successful candidate:
- Has a good level of food & beverage product knowledge, and an understanding of food preparation techniques
- Has good command of the English language. Has three months minimum experience working in the kitchen
- Can use a knife and other kitchen tools/implements properly
