Description
We are currently recruiting for Commis Chef's to work in our prestigious kitchens.
Duties will include;
- Preparing and serving all food as per Department standard.
- Ensuring that the Department is clean at any given time.
- Making sure that all stock is labeled and rotated.
- Ensure that all stock is stored in a proper manner.
- Ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a kitchen
Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate
Educated to NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Food production.
