Scott Dunn are a luxury tour operator who have over 20 years’ experience in organising and running professional childcare.
This role comprises of working both with Scott Dunn and Thanos Hotels to set up and run a brand new childcare and teens facility for the guests at the Hotel Anassa or Almyra.

Thanos Hotels is a family run company in Cyprus comprising of the three 5 star luxury hotels, Anassa, Alymra, Annabelle. Their ethos is to strive for perfection to deliver excellent service.

The Role

From our teams we expect an attitude whereby “Nothing is too much trouble”. You will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities;
  • Ensure the guests and their children benefit from the highest level of childcare
  • Organise and manage the Explorers for children aged 4 months to 13 years
  • Manage and oversee the Teens programme 13 years -17 years
  • Liaise with Scott Dunn UK office Childcare Projects Manager
  • Work with the hotel attending weekly management meetings as required
  • Have a flexible approach to the role and be prepared to step in where necessary

Essential Qualifications / Requirements

  • CACHE level three childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Three years post – qualifying experience in a childcare setting
  • Two years managerial experience in a childcare setting
  • EU passport
  • Full clean driving license
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Russian / German speaker (Desirable not essential)
