Are you a passionate and skilled chef wanting to head out to the mountains? If you have a professional catering background, or tonnes of cooking experience and are looking to bring your cooking passion to a fantastic ski company then you sound like just the person we are looking for.
Our chefs get to create their own menu, which can adapt depending on the guest’s tastes, or the best local ingredients available that week. You will have to shop, cook and beautifully present the food within a generous budget. To keep in control of your budget you will record your receipts on an excel spread sheet and have weekly meetings with the resort administrator.
You will be expected to prepare daily: a cooked breakfast, 4 course evening meal and a variety of cakes and canapés, as well as keep your kitchen, and chalet spotlessly clean.
You need to be prepared for plenty of hard work, in return for a fantastic working environment and a ready made social life with like-minded people.
