Description

Talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie required in a popular gastro pub in Crawley.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be assisting and directing all aspects of section operation

Chef de Partie duties will include:

Assisting with the maintenance of prescribed standards and quality.

Undertaking any other duty as required by Head Chef or Sous Chef

Requirements

Ability to run a section, therefore similar level experience in a similar restaurant.

A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

Basic food hygiene preferred.

A keen interest in food.

An ability to smile.
