Have you got ski season experience and successfully managed a team?
Our Chalet Manager role combines the benefits having time on the mountain with a job that has responsibility and allows you to use you initiative and take control over the success of the your staff and chalets. The role involves guest interaction, staff management and excellent organisational skills to ensure you get everything done! You will need a keen eye for detail and high standards in cleaning and presentation.
The position also involves leading and motivating your team, maintaining standards within the chalet, basic accounting, welcome meetings, and helping guests with any problems which may arise, and anything else which needs doing!
For this role you need to have held a full, clean driving license for over three years, speak conversational French or German, however, your team leading and motivational abilities will be your most important assets. In addition, a background in catering or customer service is also a necessity. Supertravel offer a competitive benefits package.
You will have to have already completed a Winter Ski Season.
We require all our staff to hold a UK or EU passport, a UK national insurance number and bank account.
Minimum age is 23 yrs due to restrictions with driving insurance.
