CHALET CHEF

Job description: Your role would entail preparing breakfasts and afternoon teas of freshly baked cakes. On 6 nights per week you would prepare a dinner party or bistro-style 3 course evening meal with vegetarian option. You will have the chance to meet a variety of interesting people each week and share in their holiday experience. You must be able to work with a menu plan within budget guidelines. 

CHALET PERSON

Job description: Your role would be the cleanliness of the chalet bedrooms, dining room and communal areas working mainly in the morning and evenings. 

Participation in the hosting of the evening meal, including sitting and dining with the guests each night and some “après ski” events would be required.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Chalet Couple looking to work in the French Alps this season? If so, 

Ski Olympic have a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful 8 guest chalet in the heart of Val d’isere. 

This role entails one person being the chalet chef and the other a chalet person. To succeed in the smooth running of this wonderful little chalet, both people will need to be enthusiastic, charismatic and happy to sit with the guests during evening meal and on occasions afterwards, to make sure all their holiday needs are catered for. Some après ski events will be required.
