Description

Our restaurant staff are a motivated team who strive to provide excellent levels of service and customer relations to our guests at breakfast and evening meal times. We have a public terrace open at lunchtimes and the waiting staff help to drive food and drink sales within this area. Hotel meal service is buffet style so you'll need to have great communication skills with the kitchen and be on hand to ensure service is efficient and smooth for both sittings. Staff work split shifts depending on what the weekly rota is.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality and customer service
  • Experience in similar standard and size operation of at least 6 months
  • Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Computer literate and capable of learning new programs/ procedures quickly and accurately
  • Numerical aptitude and experience of cashing up daily takings
  • A formal hospitality qualification and/ or dedicated beverage course (desirable)
  • Experience of work overseas and ski or boarding experience (desirable)
