Fusion is a forward thinking and innovative operator of Leisure Facilities nationwide and we are looking for Swimming Instructors for our South Norwood Leisure Centre in Croydon. If you are qualified to ASA Level 2, enjoy teaching adults and children alike and have great passion and determination, then please apply!
This is a casual role of various hours to cover one-to-one classes and also classes. You will be responsible for the development and organisation of classes and to assist in the supervision, operation and control of customers within your designated coaching area. You will take responsibility for the smooth daily operations of the class to maximise usage and income and to achieve customer service delivery objectives, in accordance to the policies and procedures.
Requirements
- ASA Full Teachers Certification level 2.
- Experience of working in a similar environment.
- Excellent oral, numerical and written skills.
- Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays with flexibility of location.
