The Ashes is coming to Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

A fantastic opportunity to work at the most exciting venue in Birmingham this summer.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work on our retail and hospitality bars, during this cricket season. Successful applicants will have the pleasure of experiencing one of the best atmospheres in sport when the Aussies join us to contest the Ashes.

Your job will be to provide outstanding service to all our customers working with diligence and a great big smile.

Following responsible alcohol guidelines you will be providing a range of beverages and snack options to your customers to the highest standards.

All applicants must be over 18 and willing to handle alcohol.

Requirements

You should have some previous team leader or supervising experience. You will be expected to manage a team efficiently and respond to and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

You will need to be able to make your own daily travel arrangements to Edgbaston.




Edgbaston has a long and proud history of hosting domestic and International cricket matches. It is the only International Test stadium within the West Midlands and in an average year, major matches staged at the ground attract up to 200,000 spectators.

From M6
Leave at Junction 6, follow signs for "A38(M) City Centre" and then "A38 South West" through Queensway Tunnel, turn left at 1st set of traffic lights and then right at the roundabout onto the A441 (Pershore Road). 

From M40
Join M42 (M42 west and M5), leaving at Junction 3. Follow A435 towards Birmingham, through Kings Heath and turn left to Edgbaston. 

By Public Transport
The nearest mainline railway stations, situated approximately 1 mile from the ground, are Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill. Bus numbers 45 and 47 from the City Centre run along Pershore Road (A441).
