Description

As a member of our Hospitality Management team you will be responsible for the delivery of match day hospitality service standards within some of our exclusive restaurants at Wembley Stadium. You will ensure that customers’ expectations are met and exceeded through creating special experiences for all our guests.

You will:

Have substantial experience of managing within a high volume and fast paced bar environment, typically High Street/Stadium experience
Have experience of managing and leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.
Must take accountability and demonstrate a willingness to exceed customer requirements.
Be able to commit for a seasonal calendar of event days.
Have good attention to detail, ensuring areas are set up correctly and look attractive, and high levels of cleanliness are maintained.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and have the ability to deliver all necessary briefings to your team.

Requirements

Although training is mandatory to comply with Company Health and Safety Legislation, experience in managing a large team and working in a pressurised environment is essential.

Successful applicants may also be offered event day work in a similar role at our Emirates Stadium contract.
