Rex Restaurants, the company behind the internationally renowned Wolseley restaurant are opening a new central London restaurant The Delaunay and are looking for world class bakers/touriers who value superior ingredients, the finest craftsmanship, pride in their work and consistent quality production. In addition to the new restaurant, we will also be operating a take-out concept next door, so our croissants, pain au chocolat and canelé can be enjoyed by customers passing-by, as well as those with more time to spend in the restaurant.

Requirements

Pastry experience in a similar establishment
A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
Basic food hygiene preferred.
A keen interest in food.
