As a member of Jockey Club Catering, part of Compass Group, you will be part of ensuring that all of our 3000 guests have a day out to remember!
Many of our catering team return every season to work all 15 of our exciting race days. From the prestigious Bet Victor Haldon Gold Cup to the incredibly lively New Year's Day race meeting, you're sure guarunteed to feel the atmosphere at Exeter Racecourse!


As a chef you will be contributing to the efficient running of one of our many kitchens. You will have the skills and passion to produce great food. You will be able to work independently or as part of a team whilst ensuring that you adhere to food health and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

You must be self motivated and have the ability to work in a pressurised environment.

  • NVQ level 1 / 2 in food preparation or equivalent
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Experience is essential.
