As an Assistant Hospitality Manager you will: * Possess great customer service focus and will be committed to delivering excellence in hospitality with a fast paced dynamic team * manage and supervise hospitality staff in your area of responsibility, to provide outstanding customer service * be responsible for acknowledging and acting upon individual customer needs, dealing with customer comments, taking the appropriate action, and ensuring staff maintain high standards of customer service and presentation * be aware of and adhere to legal and company regulations and ensure the necessary records and documentation are completed * demonstrate strong team leadership skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising and leading teams in a pressurised environment is essential. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is also very important, so experience in this field is required.
