Spend the winter working in some of the best ski resorts in the world!

As an Assistant Chalet Host you will provide a welcoming atmosphere for the guests and ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained. You will assist with the cleaning and preparation of the Chalet, assist with the production of reports and help to compile information about your resort for guests.

You will help provide a first class service to all guests, welcome them on arrival and help them with their luggage. You will provide guests with information about the Chalet and resort, be present at the welcome meeting and deal with any issues that may arise promptly and effectively.

You will assist with the set-up and serving of breakfast and evening meals and assist with daily and weekly housekeeping, maintain a high standard of cleanliness ensuring guest bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas are clean and tidy.

As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with luggage and lifting. You will be expected throughout the season to fully support all Chalet Hotels and Chalets in resort.


Required experience:

  • Catering qualification or cooking experience beneficial
  • Hospitality and customer service experience beneficial
  • EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
