We're accepting applications now for energetic Activity Instructors to inspire, motivate and reassure our guests.
This is a great role if you're looking to start a career in the outdoor industry or a rewarding gap year project.

Many of our managers and senior members of staff originally joined PGL as an Activity Instructor.
As a PGL Activity Instructor, you'll introduce guests to a number of activities and deliver taster sessions including orienteering, archery, fencing, climbing, quadbiking, abseiling, high ropes courses and initiative exercises.
You'll also help to organise and participate in our dynamic programme of evening entertainment for our guests, escort them between sessions and take them to mealtimes.
If you join us in this role, you'll undertake our extensive training programme with ongoing assessment. This will equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to help you do your job.
