Kingswood are specialist providers of residential Adventure, Field Studies and ICT courses to children and teenagers across the UK. Kingswood employs over 300 instructors a year. We have positions available at our two centres in East Anglia - at Overstrand, near Cromer and West Runton, North Norfolk and also places nationwide at our 7 other centres around the UK. There's something for everyone - whether you like the rural life, by the sea or near busy towns! We even have a Centre in France so our fully trained instructors have an exciting opportunity to venture further a field.

Instructors are provided with a training salary, accomodation and free food throughout their first year. All first year instructors will be enrolled onto our Apprenticeship training programme, gaining National Governing Body qualifications, which will ensure that you are provided with all of the skills and background knowledge needed to become one of our best instructors.

Requirements
No experience is necessary, just an enthusiasm for working with children in the outdoors.
All successful applicants will sign up to a Apprenticeship in Sport & Recreation qualification. This scheme is run by the Government and as such it has an age criteria of 18 - 24, and applicants cannot have or be studying for a degree. Unfortunately we are unable to consider applications from anyone that does not fulfil these requirements.
You must also be able to commit to a 12 month full time contract.
