Description
Do you have management or supervisory experience in the activity or travel/leisure industry? Spend up to 10 months working in summer holiday resorts throughout Europe and Africa.
Within TUI/ First Choice Holiday Villages, In2action operate Kids Club activities aswell as family and adult daytime activities.
You would be responsible for day-to-day administration, team management and customer interaction. This is not an office-based job with regular hours. You would need to support and develop staff members and liasie with various hotel and First Choice Management to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Training is likely to start early in 2012 to ensure that you are full trained for the role ahead. Candidates should have experience of supervising or managing teams. A knowledge of the activity or tourism industry would also be desirable.

Requirements
You must be outgoing, confident, flexible, be able to manage and motivate others and be prepared to work long and sometimes unsociable hours.
You must also have proven leadership skills and previous relevant experience within the activity and or guest relations industry.
