Description

Do you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to provide support to managers?

Responsibilities:
  • To be the key contact and support for the Area Managers (tour ops, properties & quality) & General Manager in order to provide a support function and contact when managers are not in the office.
  • To co-ordinate paperwork and ensure deadlines are adhered to by resort staff.
  • To analyse actual financial results in order to feedback to AM's & GM.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator
  • Fully conversant with in-house IT based systems (JFA, TRACS, JRS, COGNOS, MIS etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of overseas operations in the TO environment (to include in resort operations, reservations & contracting)
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Ability to analyse financial perfomances and provide feedback
  • Driver & is willing to drive overseas in snowy conditions
